      Privacy Summary: Electrical Calculator Pro is designed with an offline-first architecture. All calculation formulas, wire sizing inputs, load schedules, and saved project data are processed and stored 100% locally on your device. We do not harvest, track, or upload your private calculation data to any external server.
    

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We respect your privacy. When using Electrical Calculator Pro:

No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide personal details (such as names, phone numbers, or passwords) to use the calculators.
No Calculation Data Uploaded: All inputs (amperage, voltages, conduit dimensions, cable lengths, power factor, breaker sizes, motor HP) are computed on-device using local mathematical routines.
No Project Tracking: Any project schedule or calculation saved to your device remains stored in your private local sandbox storage.
No Precise Location: The application does not request, track, or store your GPS coordinates.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To support ongoing maintenance and optional premium features, the application integrates standard certified Google services:

Google Play In-App Billing: If you upgrade to Pro, purchases and subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play. Dazzling Star does not receive, process, or store your credit card or payment information.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): The free tier may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), non-precise approximate location (IP-derived), and diagnostics to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

3. Application Permissions

The app only requests the minimum necessary Android permissions:

android.permission.INTERNET: Required for loading AdMob ads and verifying Google Play licenses/purchases.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to detect network connectivity so the app can gracefully hide ad spaces when working offline on job sites.
com.android.vending.BILLING: Required for Google Play In-App Billing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

All calculations, saved favorites, and local project schedules are kept only in the app's local SQLite database. You can permanently delete all local data at any time by clearing the app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

5. Children's Privacy

Electrical Calculator Pro is designed for professionals, engineers, contractors, and students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
